OK, so our neighbors have a reason to think we are nuts. We ARE! Well, Dave is;)

There really is only one neighbor. She's crazy, but I try to bless her every time I see her drive by. She likes to keep the neighborhood looking nice. I can appreciate that... to a certain point.

Anyways..

So two weeks ago we won a king size latex mattress. A serious answer to prayer! Anyone that knows my husband knows he has the worst issues with his body. He's literally in pain most of the time. I suppose it has to do with how tall he is or something to that effect. So, a good bed is crucial. I, on the other hand could sleep on the floor and be perfectly happy. Well, he's been talking about getting a latex mattress for over a year and we've both wanted to upgrade to a king. SERIOUSLY, if your getting married and you need a mattress... don't get a queen! SHEESH!

Anyways, long story short we ended up winning this king latex with a manufacturing date of like July 2011! THAT never happens at this kind of an auction. Plus, this is a damaged freight auction and the only thing wrong with this thing was that it had a couple scuff marks!

So, THIS week... as in yesterday;) Dave ended up winning a Tempurpedic box frame for 11 bucks! Apparently worth $500. It's at the auction because it has a tiny snag on the top.

And that is what we are keeping! Essentially a new bed! Thank you Jesus! :)
