Sushi!!! It's what's for dinner:)
Dave had apparently been craving Sushi for a while so yesterday he finally just decided to make it. Heck it's so easy and cheap... why the heck not!
make the short grain rice...
put the rice that has been mixed with vinegar and sugar water on the nori... btw... nori smells!
add your favorite fillings! Dave's was cucumber, avocado, and imitation lobster:) (it's what we had)
wet it, so it will stick!

everything has to be plated and look nice before attempting to eat. if its not visually appealing it definitely won't taste good. sigh...

yes technically california rolls without the fish... couldn't find any.
yaya tom and jerry:) he said it was good... i ended getting full on baked apples:( like a whole pan... oops. and i think he was in a hurry with the final touches... starving child!
