May flowers...

david and i celebrated our first wedding anniversary last sunday. it was a fun and relaxing day. we went to the kansas city farmers market to walk around and find the best deals. haven't seen anything homegrown yet beside some green onions and rhubarb. i think they get all there stuff at costo and come and sell it at a booth. well, whatever works. it's cheaper than the grocery store! the market also has some ethnic stores and fresh spices, a perfect place for a cook!

we also went out to eat at a middle eastern restraunt/grocery store, olive something or another... can't remember. it was way delicious. i love middle eastern food, but unfortunatly it's not in love with me! well, gyro meat doesn't anyways...

da baby is 6 weeks "already". growing like a weed. sometime i look at him and i'm shocked at how large he is already. i've had to pack away clothes already too... so sad. our nights are slowly getting longer as well, we are up to a consistant 7 hours. last night we broke a record and had 8! i've been reading and trying to follow the book twelve hours' sleep by twelve weeks old. i'm not anal about the schedule, so i'm sure we could be there a lot faster if i was more consistant. my main problem is that i like to be spontaneous.
