my baby is 4 months old already. time has been fun but it's flown! we celebrated with a quick check up from the doctor. our big boy weighs 14 lbs and is 25 1/2 in. long:) the only reason we went in was because i was interested in how much he weighed. although the doctor did confirm that samuel's cricket toe is hereditary ... lol. duh! i have the same toes:) and i remember my grandma having a cricket toe too! so, thank you doctor:)

samuel also picked up his sleeping schedule back up. the second night of my experimenting he woke up at 530am... did the flipping and he slept until 730. the third night he slept through until 730 again and so now we are on the 830 - 730 night schedule. i love it!

he's also rolling from all sides now. i was only flipping him because i didn't think he could roll from his back to his stomach. well, samuel made a big mistake yesterday and started rolling in front of us a bunch of times! so, i guess i won't be flipping him anymore at night! although i don't think he needs it anymore anyways:) he's got it down good!

as far as dave and i, we're excited to be getting involved with an e-12 group. which is basically a group of 12 people discussing and studying the end of the age (when Jesus comes back)... basically a focused bible study. should be good!
